Its president, Andrea Lacertosa, spends most of the year in the remote villages where the association works, following the projects first-hand.
The goal is to build integrated communities that are self-sufficient in food, hygiene and energy, from the individual to families and whole villages, with projects designed to have zero environmental impact and to respect ecosystems.

Naibala Academy
On an isolated plateau, in a Maasai village that had no water, electricity, schools or healthcare, the association started a community project about five years ago that keeps on growing.
